2023/2024 SUMAS Admission List Batch 5

Successful Candidates that are offered admission by the State University of Medical and Applied Sciences (SUMAS) should check their names in the respective departments and follow the instructions given below. Please note that last six  (6) digits of students’ Jamb Reg Numbers were used in the list for security reasons. 

 

 

Candidates offered provisional admission by the State University of Medical and Applied Sciences (SUMAS) for the 2023/2024 session are required to adhere to the following guidelines to regularize their acceptance of the offer.

1. Go to JAMB Portal to accept the admission, if you have not done so.
2. Pay acceptance fee of ₦26,000.00 (Twenty-Six Thousand Naira) only using the following steps.

 

1. Go to https://eportal.sumas.edu.ng/

 

2. Click on the NEW STUDENT tap at the top right corner of the page (indicated by the white arrow) to open the log-on page.

 

3. Login with your JAMB registration number as username and SUMAS# as your password and upon successful log on, your profile dashboard page will open.

 

4. The dashboard contains your default profile information but at this point, you are required to edit your profile to add more information about yourself. To do this, click on the Update Profile tab (the second tab) at the top left corner of the page as indicated by the arrow shown above to open to the next page.

 

5. Click on the Edit button as shown by an arrow to open to the next page. Fill in correctly all your details on this page.

 

6. Next, click on the O’ Level Results & Info tab indicated by the white arrow to add your O’ Level results. To add O’ Level subjects, click on the Add O’ Level info tab at the top right corner indicated by the white arrow to select O’Level Examination from the list, subjects, and the corresponding grades. Click the button for every single entry until you are done inputting all your O’ level subjects.

 

7. Next, click JAMB Results & Info tab indicated by the white arrow to add your JAMB scores and upload your JAMB Admission letter.

 

8. Next, click on the Profile Image and Picture tab indicated by the white arrow to upload your profile picture and other required documents.

 

9. Next, click the Update button at the right foot of the page as indicated by the white arrow to update all changes made.

 

10. After the profile update, it is now time to pay your acceptance fees of ₦26,000.00 (Twenty-Six Thousand Naira), To do this, click on the Generate Fee Invoice tab on the profile dashboard.

 

11. Next, click on the Generate Fee Reference tab as shown by the white arrow. Under Fee type, select Acceptance Fee and click on the Generate button to generate your payment invoice.

 

12. Next, click on the Print tab to print out your payment invoice as shown by the white arrow.

 

13. Next, take your printed invoice to the designated bank and make your payment.

 

14. If you choose to pay your acceptance fee online via Quickteller, click on the Pay With QuickTeller tab as indicated by the white arrow on the dashboard.

 

15. Next, fill in your email address, and your invoice reference number respectively, and select Acceptance fee under Select the option drop down.

 

16. Click on the Continue button to complete the transaction.

 

17. Next, click on the Generate Clearance Form tab on the dashboard to generate your clearance forms which you will fill and submit upon completion. The submitted forms will be sent to your email address. You are to print them out and go with them during your school clearance procedures. You will be required to login with the same Student account details

Deadline for payment of Acceptance Fee is 20^th November, 2023. Failure to pay within this period may lead to forfeiture of the admission.

NOTE

This admission is provisional. If at any time in the course of your program, it is discovered that you do not possess the minimum University and the faculty/departmental entry requirements as prescribed, your admission into the University will be withdrawn, even if in the final year.
