BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Davidson Okwudili John, a visiting Lecturer I at State University of Medical Sciences Igbo-Eno graduated with BMR PT (Medical Rehabilitation in Physiotherapy) from the university of Nigeria &MSc (Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapy) from the University of Lagos Nigeria. He obtained a PhD in Human Kinetics specializing in Exercise Physiology from Ebonyi State University Nigeria. He has extensive experience as an administrator academic Researcher and clinician spanning 15 years including local and International universities Research institutes and centers. His current research encompasses areas of physical activity and functional rehabilitation in chronic non-communicable diseases HIV Oncology and Palliative Care physiotherapy well as cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and sports physiotherapy. He teaches courses in areas of cardiopulmonary physiotherapy Oncology & Palliative care physiotherapy Pain management Physical Fitness & wellness Exercise Physiology as well as aspects of Sport physiotherapy. He is well published in his core areas of research.
