Practical Organic Chemistry I

Organic synthesis and characteristics (percentage yield, melting point, solubility, derivatives, etc) characterization of given organic compounds (physical and chemical properties, interpretation of spectroscopic data).

Exercises on design and detailing of connections, basic structural elements in steel and timber.  Exercises on design and detailing of reinforced concrete beam, slabs and short columns.
