This is the form of life of project on each student has to demonstrate their understanding of all aspect of services rendered by contractor’s Quantity Surveyors such as pricing of tenders, scheduling of materials, labour and plants, cash flow, programming of work etc. this will also involve the application of relevant software packages.

To examine aspect of specialist professional’s activity that may be found within contracting firms which employ quantity surveyors. In particular, it will examine aspect of marketing and also advice to client organizations with regard to contractual issues.
