APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF DEGREES PROGRAMME
The State University of Medical and Applied Sciences, Igbo-Eno, Enugu State invites applications from students who have completed their 200 level or 100 level cycle in the University and are desirous of changing from their present Department to another to obtain application form for change of degree as follows:
1. Login to their students’ portal, click on fees and generate receipt for 2024/2025 change of degree fee and pay a non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira, (N50,000.00), only through quick teller and print the receipt.
2. Click on change of degree application form and complete the change of degree form.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Applicants must possess the O’level requirements for the new programme they wish to change to. (Single sitting for Medicine & Surgery and not more than two sittings for other programmes)
2. Applicants for Medicine and Surgery MUST have scored 50% and above in all courses in 2023/2024 academic session.
3. Applicants for Doctor of Pharmacy MUST not have any carry over in any 100 level core course.
4. All applicants must make a minimum of 4.0 CGPA for Medicine and Surgery and 3.50 CGPA for other courses in the 2023/2024 academic session.
Application opens on 25th and closes on 31st of November, 2024.
NB; All successful applicants will be admitted into 200 level of the new programme
